UFC 208 LIVE BETTING CHEAT SHEET
This is the inaugural post for a feature I’ll be doing in which I post a series of conditions that I think will make for good live bets. As a disclaimer, the conditions will be somewhat subjective, ie: if a fighter is gassed, or if they score more points. Consider it more of a guide that you can use to be on the watch for opportunities to snag a bet if the bookie doesn’t properly read the fight trajectory.
Since I use Bet365.com for live betting, and they do NOT offer live betting on Fight Pass Prelims, I will not be covering those fights.
There will also be fights that I consider to have such wide starting odds, and the fighter has a big advantage, that I won’t predict any opportunity for a live bet, since I foresee the fighter starting to win right away and the value will not materialize.
Holly Holm vs. Germaine de Randamie : Bet 2U either fighter if they win RD1 AND RD2 at odds up to -200
Anderson Silva vs. Derek Brunson : Bet 2U Silva if fight stays standing in and striking is even in RD1 at odds up to -150
Ronaldo Souza vs. Tim Boetsch : Bet 1U Boetsch if he stuffs TDs in RD1 at odds up to +200
Glover Teixeira vs. Jared Cannonier : Bet 2U Cannonier if fight stays standing and striking is even in RD1 at odds up to -120
Dustin Poirier vs. Jim Miller : Bet 2U Poirier if Miller wins RD1 and odds drop to at least -200
Randy Brown vs. Belal Muhammad : Bet 2U Muhammad if he stuffs TDs in RD1 at odds up to -150
Wilson Reis vs. Ulka Sasaki : N/A due to wide favorite likely winning
Nik Lentz vs. Islam Makhachev : N/A due to wide favorite likely winning
